Answer: You are to lug them to the general area needed - i.e. corners of the scaffolding needs 90s etc. This will save you touching the scaffold twice, and will save you time in the long run.

When should a labourer help a truck driver unload?
Answer: Only when a safety risk is present or if the employee is waiting on the gear to commence work. Once the first stillages or pallet has hit the ground, start running it out after running through the plan as a group.

Answer: In a position where the scaffolder can lift or reach it on their OWN. The Labourer can move on and keep in front elsewhere. A labourer should always have gear ready for the scaffolder and NOT be told what is required or when!
